Our wings are created with elastic arm loops which allow them to be worn "backpack" style. The three colors of elastic that we offer are natural, black, or clear. If you have a preference for one of these three elastic colors, please specify that in the "Comments" section during the ordering process. How long will it take to make my wings? All wings are custom-made at the time of ordering. Generally speaking, most orders will ship within 2 - 4 weeks depending upon our current production schedule. If you have a rush need for your wings, please contact us, and we will be able to advise as to the earliest ship date possible. We ship via UPS Ground service. Shipping time depends upon the location to which the wings are being sent. We are located on the west coast, so delivery time to the east coast is five business days. For shipments to Hawaii, we use USPS, and it takes roughly 4 - 5 days. Yes!! We are tickled 17 shades of pink that we ship to other countries! If you are located outside of the US, please contact us letting us know which wings you would like to purchase. We will respond with an invoice that reflects the correct postage. Absolutely! Don't see the wings/design that you want in a particular color? Contact us! We'll be happy to custom make a pair of wings for absolutely no extra charge! For more information, please see our Custom Design page. Can you color-match my dress/skirt/shirt/etc? Yup! Since we hand-dye all the fabric used in our wing construction, we can dye to match most any fabric swatch. Contact us for more information. Do you provide some wholesale pricing? We give discounts on purchases of more than 10 items, but we are artists, not a factory. Compare the quality of our one-of-a-kind, hand-made items to that of similar wholesale items available on the internet and we believe you'll find our prices quite reasonable. |
